The following adventures await all Messengers:

  • Guild Dungeon: Click on the guild interface to open the Guild Dungeon – Yggdrasil to start it and enter the dungeon. Fight against the monsters for a chance to receive glorious prizes!
  • Quill Expansion: Follow the second Thread to the new Quill Expansion to the Quill Library and receive new books!
  • The Darkened Taro King Descends: The Tarot Kings seem to have grown stronger, but the chance of getting Tarot equipment-related items has doubled! Face the Chosen Dark Taro King and defeat the monster to obtain a Rare Achievement.
  • Legendary Anniversary Celebration: It’s celebration time! We have prepared four small challenges that will give you the chance to obtain statuses, skills and Mystery Bags.
  • Enchantment Update: From now on, when gold-quality cloaks are enchanted, they will receive between 1 and 5 enchantments. Some are new and can help resist malus, such as silence!
  • Items: A special item has been added to the alchemy page, and all items in the column can be obtained by refining this item during alchemy.

Enjoy ‘Egg-cellent Adventures’ in the latest patch for Grand Fantasia

Hamburg, Germany – April 26, 2022 – gamigo invites all Sprite Messengers to enjoy a spring-themed cornucopia of tasks and events in Patch 39 “Egg-cellent Adventures” for Grand Fantasia.

The following adventures await all Messengers in patch 39:

  • Football Event: Does springtime beckon you to take a trip to the soccer field to show off your ball skills? Future champions should then participate in this quest where they can win a brand-new title and a head and body costume!
  • Easter Event: The Easter Bunny has left a present for all Messengers: Find two new quests in Kaslow in order to get a title, a costume and some very cool consumables.
  • Mother’s Day Event: Mother’s Day is just around the corner, so it’s time to show some love to all the hardworking and loving moms out there! Talk to Jodo in Kaslow to commit to this wonderful task!
  • Sprite King Smulca – Highland Sanctuary: Smulca has several challenges for the players. Messengers should get ready for new rewards, sprites and also new maps and quests!
  • Quill Expansion: Enter the Holy King’s Tomb and defeat the bosses to receive four new Quill books to teach you about the life of old monsters. Messenger should get them to grow stronger!
  • Multiverse Drifter: Players can meet NPC Erwin in Kaslow and he will give them some buffs. Three times per day, Messengers can redeem a buff to increase some of their stats for three hours. However, pay attention: Depending on their level, the buff will be different!
  • Practice Dummy: Ever wanted to test your skills but don’t want to fight an opponent that can hurt you? Now you can! Head to the military zones in Kaslow, Ilya or Jale and test your damage effects with different combos and equipment.
  • Refinement: The interface for Refinement was improved. Now you can see all available enchantments and get a preview of the result.

Embark on an adventure in Raiders of the Lost Treasure in Grand Fantasia

Hamburg, Germany – February 24, 2022 – gamigo invites all risk-loving Sprite Messengers to put on their adventure hat, grab their gear, and go on a treasure-hunting trip in Patch 38 “Raiders of the Lost Treasure” for Grand Fantasia.

Evil is on the horizon now that the Carso Church is on the move again. It seems that they are gathering a large force to go somewhere. Messengers must help Shley, the demon hunter chosen by the Sprite King himself, to get more information. This adventure quest will lead players to the Ancient Polar Ruins in the parallel world of the Alternate Dimension.

In other printed news, a new book is available from Quill Library that will offer five new quests. Interested readers should travel to Ilya where Quill Book Merchant Vanessa is already waiting for them. Grand Fantasia Celebrates Lunar New Year with Festivities, New Sprites, and more

Hamburg, Germany – January 25th, 2022 – The Lunar New Year is upon us, and Grand Fantasia is celebrating the year of the tiger with several fun in-game festivities! Today’s Sprite Extravaganza update also delivers more usable sprites, more visible buffs, and other player-requested improvements.

For the Lunar New Year, Messengers are tasked with helping Sprite Hujia deliver gifts he has accumulated over the years to his family back home. Assisting Sprite Hujia will be no easy task as players need to escort him past evil doers that will stop at nothing to earn his sweet loot. If players help him survive long enough to deliver gifts to his family, they’ll be rewarded handsomely in addition to earning a special title.

But – what’s this? A Valentine’s Day-themed event is launching with this update too? Love is also in the air in Grand Fantasia and Sayla needs help from Messengers to confess her feelings to a soldier in Kaslow. She’s running late for her big confession and needs players to get her prepared love letter that’s been locked away in a chest. As long as players promise to not read its contents, they will earn a reward and the title “The True Meaning of Love” once they bring this lovely couple together.

In addition to these two special quests, Grand Fantasia also includes the following:
New Year’s Collection Event: A new collection of cards has arrived! Exchange cards for stone enchantment, sprite island decorations, mounts, costumes and many other things.
More Sprites: After years of asking, the sprite kings have approved the Messengers’ request to have more sprites. Players can now carry up to 6 sprites!
Sprite Island Makeover: Sprite Chef Pepin has improved his culinary skills to deliver an even higher level of cooking magic. Messengers that dine in Pepin’s newly updated kitchen can enjoy Ultimate and Divine dishes that last twice as long as they used to. That’s not all! Butler Sprite Jeeves has made it easier to travel across Sprite Island by installing several teleporters.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Grand Fantasia

Snowball fights, penguin hunting, and revised bonuses of Yggdrasil are just some of the rich content players can expect in this holiday-themed update

Hamburg, Germany – December 14th, 2021 – It’s the most wonderful time of the year and gamigo has plenty of Christmas activities for Grand Fantasia players. In addition to seasonal events, a new dungeon has emerged, and Yggdrasil buffs are also getting a boost.

With Christmas right around the corner, Messengers can celebrate the holiday season with their friends in Saphael in a number of ways. Take part in a snowball fight orchestrated by Frosti the Snowman, combat rogue penguins in hopes of defeating the Giant Snowman to earn random bonuses, or flex your brain muscles by taking part in the Santa Quiz.

When Messengers aren’t participating in Grand Fantasia’s holly jolly Christmas events, they can enter the new Holy King Tomb dungeon. The dungeon gives players the opportunity to earn a Quill Crystal upon completion. These crystals offer a permanent boost to characters, allowing them to gain a point in any of their stats. There is a limit to how many crystals can be used to buff characters, so make good use of them.

Those brave enough to enter the Yggdrasil Dungeon will be rewarded even more handsomely. Boosts starting this month have been buffed, giving Messengers even more incentive to gather their guild to defeat all 12 Sprite King Bosses. While boosts are gifted to players randomly, they can expect to receive a boost to all stats anywhere between 9% – 22%.

Grand Fantasia Celebrates its 11th Anniversary with events, rewards, and much more

Grand Fantasia Sends Players to An Alternative Version of Elsaland

Players can join forces with their friends to unravel the mystery and to stop Carso before it’s too late

Carso is bent on unleashing the Day of Destiny and Elsaland has literally been turned upside down. Prophet Babama and Zindel will guide players through their journey into these mystifying new places and through the discoveries made along the way.
